Düsseldorf, Thursday, September 7, 2017 - Tribes Inspiring Workplaces opens its first German location in GAP 15, located in the Bank district in Düsseldorf. The first location of Tribes in Germany is also the start of further expansion abroad after the roll-out in the BENELUX.
Since the launch in May 2013, Tribes has opened 13 locations in the Netherlands and three in Belgium. Chief and founder of Tribes, Eduard Schaepman wants to build an international network as soon as possible. Schaepman about the expansion: ‘Germany is an important import and export partner of the Netherlands. The German business world still asks for personal meetings, and we offer our members a place to meet each other in an inspiring environment.’
Schaepman says that the focus will be on further roll-out in Germany the coming year. ‘The start-up market in Germany is growing and the demand for inspiring workplaces increases. In addition to young entrepreneurs, corporate companies would like to grow further with Tribes. We are happy to provide that, and expect to realize a lot of locations in a country with more than 80 million inhabitants. On average, Tribes opens 2 locations a month, so the expectations are focused on a quick rollout.
The first German Tribes location will be opened in November this year. Graf-Adolf-Platz 15 is a monumental building, and with its 90 meters the highest building in Germany. It is around the corner of the well-known Köningsallee, the most famous shopping street of Düsseldorf.
