Amsterdam, Thursday, September 14, 2017 –Tribes Amsterdam Arena officially opened her doors today. The openings act of the thirteenth location of the fast-growing Tribes network was performed by the Moroccan ambassador to the Netherlands, Abdelouahab Bellouki and Talal Jenanne, Consul General of the Kingdom of Morocco.
At Tribes Amsterdam Arena, located in the Oval Tower, it’s all about the Berber community, the nomadic people of Morroco. Chief and Founder of Tribes, Eduard Schaepman has visited this group last February, where he was a part of a close community. The short film ‘Nomads in Morocco’ is a report of the journey, where Schaepman is looking for the trading spirit of the Berbers and the similarities with the modern business nomads.
This form of integration was noticed by the Moroccan ambassador to the Netherlands, Abdelouahab Bellouki, who expressed his gratitude at the opening of the new location. ‘It’s amazing that a Dutch company highlights the Berbers culture in a positive way. I’m impressed by this beautiful concept, and it’s an honor that our Berber community can be a source of inspiration for modern businessmen and women.’ Said Bellouki, before he opened the location in a traditional way.
